Cynthia is Director of

Realty and has been a

Appraiser since 1987. A
founding director of the
Manhattan Association of
Realtors, she has also
served on the Cendant
Asset Management
Advisory Council. Based
in Irving, Texas, this
select group is
comprised of 9
nationally known brokers
who analyze and advise
on residential property
trends and real estate
asset management.

William Morris Hunt
III, 2004 MANAR
Treasurer Mr. Hunt
began his real estate
career in 1981 and
co-founded Hunt Kennedy
in 1988. He served on
the Government Affairs
Committee of the
Residential Division of
the Real Estate Board of
New York and is a past
President of the West
Side Professional Real
Estate Organization.

Jeffrey Wolk,
Immediate Past
President, MANAR
After launching his
career in Asia working
for a retail trading
firm, Cleveland native
Jeff Wolk arrived in New
York in 1987. Along with
partner Rob Anzalone,
Jeff founded
Fenwick-Keats Realty.
Jeff is co-chair of the
Government Affairs
Committee for the Real
Estate Board of New York
and is a founding member
of the Manhattan
Association of Realtors.
Jeff has a bachelor's
degree from the
University of Toledo.

Robert Eychner,
Director Robert
Eychner, President of
Eychner Associates,
Inc., recently named a
"Hotshot" real
estate broker by New
York Magazine, began his
real estate career over
thirty years ago and
believes strongly in
community involvement
and the power of
networking. A former
president of the New
York Council of FIABCI,
he is currently a member
of the Chamber of
Commerce, the National
Trust for Historic
Preservation, an
accredited
representative,
treasurer and advisory
council member of the
United Nations Committee
on Human Settlements. In
addition, Eychner sits
on the Board of the
Global Housing
Foundation and chairs a
Charitable Scholarship
Foundation.

Klara Madlin,
Director Klara
Madlin was a designer
who renovated 2
apartments and 2
brownstones. During the
course of these
sidelines she discovered
she was hooked on Real
Estate and could combine
a passion for
architecture and
renovation into a
career. In 1981 started
selling apartments in
the Village, Murray Hill
and Gramercy Park. A
long- time resident of
the Upper West Side she
soon realized that it's
best to specialize in
what you know. In 1984
Klara Madlin Real
Estate, Inc. was born.

Stephen Nardoni,
Director Steve
Nardoni, president of
Nardoni Realty, formed
the company in 1995,
after eight years in the
management and brokerage
business. The firm
specializes in
management and brokerage
of select cooperatives
in Manhattan. His
fascination with real
estate began with the
purchase of cooperative
unit in Murray Hill in
1984, where he still
lives. That purchase
induced him to get
involved with the
building volunteering to
be on the Board of
Directors, on which he
served for four years,
two of which as
president. In 1987 a
career change steered
him toward cooperative
management and sales

Fredrick Wohlfarth,
Director Rick is a
specialist in
residential real estate
who knows the real
estate business from the
ground up. Rick
established Wohlfarth
& Associates, his
own Upper West Side
brokerage firm in 1978.

David M. Michonski,
President, Manhattan
MLS, Inc A 1973 cum
laude graduate of
Colgate University,
David has been Chairman
and Chief Executive
Officer of Coldwell
Banker Hunt Kennedy,
Inc. since 1996. David
is the Founding
President of MANAR
having served from its
inception until 2002. He
was honored as MANAR's
2002 REALTORŪ of the
Year. In January of
1996. Mr. Michonski was
named by Today's Realtor
Magazine as one of 10
leading Realtors in the
United States. He is a
Past-Chairman of the
International Operations
Committee for the
National Association of
Realtors
("NAR") and is
the Regional Coordinator
for the Asia/Pacific
region for the President
of NAR
