The OnLineResidential.com Building Directory offers visitors the opportunity to view comprehensive building information on more than 11,000 cooperative, condominium and rental apartment buildings throughout Manhattan.  

In order to view information on a particular building, you may either enter the building's name or the building's address.  If you enter a building's address, you need to enter the building number (e.g. 245) in the first field on the second line above and a street address (e.g. East 54th Street) in the second field on the same line.

Should you enter an incorrect building name or address the site will ask you to re-enter the name or address.
